Commercial Facade Grant Program

The City of Tamarac’s Commercial Plaza Owner Façade and Exterior Improvements Grant supports retail plaza owners with major exterior renovations to enhance the appearance of their properties. Eligible improvements include façade renovations, painting, awnings, lighting, landscaping, and signage, all meeting code standards.
